Prices vary by season, by home and number of guests, they range from £350 - £1200 per night.

We charge a fixed nightly rate per house for up to 8 people, thereafter a supplement is levied for each additional person.

 

A cleaning fee of £150 is levied on all bookings, a security deposit is required, which is refunded based on the house being returned in the same condition as when you checked-in and a one-night supplement may apply.

 

We require a 25% deposit to secure your booking. 

Deposits are non-refundable.

Discounts are available for longer bookings. We also offer last minute discounts and early birds ones.

 Booking Terms

Myhomeisyours allows guests to change or modify bookings up to 30 days in advance of the specified check-in date. 

Please advise myhomeisyours of the relevant changes to your booking in writing and we will advise of the appropriate charges, where applicable. Please note we require a minimum number of days per booking, additional guests incur extra fees and an admin fee may be applicable for changes.

To secure your booking, we require a down payment (which is a % of the total amount due). This down payment is non-refundable. For cancellations, we offer a 50% refund up to 30 days in advance of your check-in date, less any transaction fees incurred. Upon receipt of a down payment, the guest agrees to adhere to the terms and conditions.

A damage deposit is required for every booking. This will be returned within 48 hours of check-out pending the house being returned as was received and no damage to the property. We reserve the right to charge £25 per hour for additional cleaning, if required. If the property is damaged, we will charge for the damage / repair at cost and we’ll levy a charge of £25 / hour for our time to organise. Should the damage be greater than the damage deposit, the guest will need to pay the additional fees. We will be 100% transparent in all cases. (NOTE: it is very rare we need to charge additional fees but understandably need to specify this in our terms and conditions).

Prior to check-in, you will receive a check-in manual. The onus is on you, the guest, to read the manual and adhere to the rules. If you do not understand the instructions, kindly get in touch with us.

You are responsible for the house during your stay and for any guests you invite to visit you at the property.
