Booking Executive

myhomeisyours.com is looking to expand their bookings team (currently 5) and recruit additional team members to drive bookings & sales. We are about to enter our busiest time period, October to March and will need additional team members to assist during our peak season.
MHIY is owned by Orla & Titti, was launched over 10 years ago and we are now a nationwide emergency relocation business with many suppliers & customers. Our bookings team now consists of 5 people, customer care is outsourced to Indonesia, Tech, finance, HR and business development are all based in the UK.
We are a Tottenham based business with offices in Wood Green and love to support the local economy in recruitment and staff off-sites.
The successful candidates will report into the Senior Team Lead. The team is likely to grow, as the business continues to win more business, as well as continuing to deliver excellent service to our existing loyal clients.

Booking Executive
The Booking Executive will play a key role in delivering myhomeisyours (MHIY) commercial targets and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers, landlords & guests.

Key Tasks
• Handling booking enquiries via email, whatsapp and phone
• Processing bookings using our internal systems in line with MHIY policies
• Being the key point of contact between our suppliers and landlord
• Providing administrative functions to include maintaining bookings records, managing landlord & guest database, uploading properties to our database
• Liaising with the Guest Care team to ensure a smooth journey for our guest
• Landlord recruitment + portfolio management

Essential
• Strong administration skills
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Strong interpersonal skills, particularly telephone manner
• Proficient in Microsoft office with strong IT skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Excellent organisational & time management skills
• Ability to prioritise workload and manage competing demands in a fast-paced
environment
• Ability to work proactively, show initiative and work as part of a team
• Strong numeracy skills

Nice to have
• Experience of working in a commercial environment
• Experience of selling any product / door-to-door sales / cold calling
• Experience of delivering excellent customer service
