9. Guest Responsibilities 
We require all Guests to opt-in to our Guest Terms which can be viewed here. Check-in details will be shared upon receipt of opt-in. 

10. Third-Party Accommodation Providers 
Many properties offered through myhomeisyours are owned or managed by third-party accommodation providers. 
Where acting as an intermediary: 
* We facilitate accommodation arrangements. 
* Landlords remain responsible for the condition and operation of their properties. 
* We are not liable for acts or omissions of independent property owners or managers except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for: 
* Death or personal injury caused by negligence. 
* Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
